Cancel Order
As a registered business owner or staff member, you have the ability to cancel an order to our platform. Follow these steps to successfully cancel an order:
Step-by-Step Guide :
1. Log In to Your Account
- Make sure you are logged into your business or staff account. If you are not logged in, please login with email or google or apple account.
2. Navigate to the Order History Section
- Once logged in, you can see the order history tab in dashboard.
- Click on "Order History" to view a list of all your orders.
3. View Order Summary
- Click on the specific order you wish to cancel.
- The detailed order summary will be displayed for that selected order.
4. Cancel Order
- In the order summary view, click on the "Cancel Order" button located at the top right corner.
